Video: DJ Khalil Interview with BlowHipHopTV.com

DJ Khalil breaks down his successful music career with BlowHipHopTV.

It’s always a benefit when you can figure out your calling in life at a young age. With a passion for making music DJ Khalil knew since a young boy that making music was what he wanted to do and he didn’t waste anytime making it happen. After linking up with L.A. rapper Chace Infinite, they formed the group Self Scientific and began to make a name for themselves. After years of hard-work and attention to his craft, Dr.Dre saw real talent in Khalil and tapped him to be one of Aftermath’s in-house producers. Khalil’s uncanny focus has earned him a grammy yet the motivation that has gotten him to the level he is at today has not been lost. – BlowHipHopTV

Video: Yelawolf Interview with Hard Knock TV (Part 1)

In part 1 of this interview Nick Huff Barili asks Yelawolf whom he had more fun touring with B.o.B or Wiz Khalifa? You will have to watch for the answer but we will tell you that B.o.B was on Yelawolf first mix tape ever on a song called “Run”, which we play a snippet of during the interview. In the middle of Wolf talking about Wiz Khalifa a couple fans stop by and ask him for an autograph, since no one had a pen they end up taking a shot together. Side note the interview took place on a side walk in Austin, TX during SXSW and every couple seconds fans would walk by and want to talk to the man. It is easy to see from his interactions with them that Yelawolf truly cares about his fans. Back to the interview…Nick mentions that every time he hears I WISH that he wonders about the motivation behind that song and if Yelawolf had to deal with a lot of people saying he is not Hip Hop. You can tell this is a subject Yelawolf has had to deal with all his life by his answer. Yelawolf goes in on the topic and when he is done you can’t help but feel what he is saying, weather you are from a big city or a small town! – Hard Knock TV

Video: Living Proof with Sway (Part 3)

Here is the conclusion of Al Lindstrom’s interview with MTV’s Sway Calloway.

In the third and final part of our interview with Sway, we talk about his relationship with Saigon. Sway makes comparisons between a younger version of himself, and Sai. He even goes as far as saying part of the reason he wanted to work with Saigon, was because he felt that Sai’s situation was similar to his after the end of the Sway and Tech show.
