It’s been a minute since former tour DJ for Jay Z, DJ Neil Armstrong has released a mixtape, but now the wait is over. The DJ who brought you mixtape classics such as Sweet, Original, and DNA of the Blueprint reveals his musical guilty pleasures on his latest project, Music for when Nobody’s Looking. Says Neil:
We’ve all done it. This I’m sure. We’ve all liked a song that is awesomely horrible. You know – the ones we secretly enjoy when nobody is around. From the sappy, to the corny, to the songs that have been pummeled into our musical stream of consciousness without written consent.
On this CD All Out King part 5, I’m going to test this theory. This one is about those guilty pleasures & beyond. No tracklist here. Part of the fun of this listening experience is the surprise. I will post it up on the web so when you finally admit that you dig the song & have to go download it you’ll know its name.
After listening, you’re probably going to question whether or not I have good taste in music. Well, I can tell you this. We live in an age where the musical spectrum includes dubstep and episodes of glee. So if I have bad taste in music… I’m sure as heck not the only one. You might want to punch me straight in the face after listening to this, especially for putting some of these dang songs you’ve tried to so hard to forget back in your noggin. I apologize for nothing.
Roll up your car windows. Put your headphones on so nobody will see you grooving along. And transfer this to your itunes library before you chuck it out the window, you might find yourself wanting to listen to it again. This is Music for when Nobody’s Looking. AOK part 5.
Before we get the final product, here is a sampler of what to expect from this interesting mix. Expect the mixtape to be released in about two to three weeks. Enjoy and be educated.

Boundless New York’s DJ Teddy King and DJ Mondee decide to let loose this New Jersey Hip Hop tribute mix, which was originally created in 2009. This thirty-two tack mix has never been released before to the public, and features the likes of Redman, DAS EFX, Milkbone, Lakim Shabazz and Pace Won.
Words from Teddy King:
Jersey has always been a place I can call home. I’ve been reppen’ Jersey to the fullest my whole life. Even after I took my job at Boundless and relocated to Brooklyn 4 years ago – I still feel like Jersey is my home.
Jersey has always been the birthplace of so many great artists, dj’s and musican’s. This mix means so much to me. Its a amazing compilation of artists from New Jersey. After listening to the mix you will be in a New Jersey State of Mind.
